While reading the book Pop, the author made it obvious
that Charlie has Alzheimer’s disease. I noticed that he had this disease way
before he told Marcus. I felt that if he
had told Marcus earlier in the book that the book would’ve been better.

I do agree with this comment. The author made it completely obvious that Charlie had a problem. Even if Marcus was never told he had Alzheimer's I would have known that He had the disease. I think the author should have made it clear right from the beginning of the novel or the novel shouldn't have had so many occasions where it made it obvious he had Alzheimer's. I still enjoyed the novel but it could have been written even better
